Customizable Laser Engraved Full Leather Tie Wire Holder

$150.00

Designed to replace the need to use duct tape to wrap tie wire rolls or wear a heavy metal reel on your hip. Small and compact this was something that I searched around for and could not find anything like it.

Made completely out of leather, this lightweight and compact case can be carried in a pouch or has a ring riveted to the back to be able to hang from a harness, your belt, on a wall somewhere, wherever you may need to. I personally carry mine on my belt with a locking carbineer to prevent it from falling while climbing. The dual rivets on both attachment points distributes the weight of the wire to prevent ripping and tearing as it hangs. This feature can be removed upon request but comes standard.

The bottom half of the pouch is hand stitched with a locking saddle stitching using waxed thread. This creates an extremely strong bond between the pieces of leather for durability and longevity. This creates the space for the wire roll to sit in during replacement.

The top of the holder is left open for changing wire rolls when empty. It is laced closed with thick leather lacing to hold against the outward pressure of the roll once the retaining wires have been removed. The lacing holes have all been reinforced with steel eyelets for easy threading and to prevent the leather from tearing. The piece on the front is meant to tied shut at all times but gives the option for opening if need be. The back lacing would be removed, and the back top panel is designed to fold back so a new roll can be inserted, making sure to thread the end of the wire that is in the middle of the roll through the front plate of the pouch. Once the retaining wires have been removed and the lacing has been replaced you are good to go.

The front plate has a steel grommet in the center for drawing wire. Drawing from the center makes for super smooth, clean, and easy tangle free drawing of wire. To the side of the grommet I have another eyelet for sticking the end of the wire into after you are done to prevent it from catching on you or anything you walk by, making it ready to go for the next time you need it, and to help prevent the wire from pulling back into the pouch.

The front can be engraved any way you want it, text is easy but graphics and imagery are also available, just let me know what you want it to look like and say and we can go from there.
